Taylor and Zack are getting married in Italy on May 23, 2025.
You and a few dozen of our closest friends and family members are invited to join us in celebration.
We’ll be sharing more details over the coming months. The info below should address any initial questions.
We’ve rented an estate in Montevarchi, Italy from Wednesday, May 21 through Sunday, May 25 2025.
Our wedding ceremony will be on the afternoon of Friday, May 23.
You’re welcome and encouraged (but by no means required) to spend all four nights with us in Montevarchi.
When
Where
The wedding and all related events will take place at La Selva Giardino Del Belvedere, a 45-acre private family estate on the slopes of the Chianti Hills in Montevarchi, Italy.
The property is in an extremely rural location about a one-hour drive from Florence.
Accommodations
La Selva Giardino Del Belvedere consists of three villas where Zack, Taylor, and their family will be staying.
The property owner has a close relationship with nearby hotels and rental properties (including shuttle service) for all other guests.
Reservations for these properties open up in November. We’ll follow up with more specifics as that date approaches.
Transportation
The nearest airport is Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence. We’ll share recommendations on ideal flight dates and times in the coming months.
We will be booking a large shuttle bus to take the entire group from Florence to Montevarchi on the 21st.
You should consider renting a car if you plan to explore the surrounding area. We’ve been warned several times that there are a total of 3 taxis in Montevarchi.
Budgeting
We recognize this invitation constitutes a significant investment of time and money, both of which tend to be in short supply.
With that in mind, we’re doing our best to cover as many expenses as possible.
If you are able and willing to join us, there are two primary expenses to be aware of:
Roundtrip airfare
From Boston: ~$700+
From New York: ~$500+
From Denver: ~$1200+
From Austin: ~$1200+
Accommodations
~$100 per person, per night
Final costs subject to change based on total number of guests, available properties, and rates
