Hey! Taylor and Zack here. We’re getting married in Italy on May 23, 2025 and we really hope you can join.

Below is a quick overview. Visit each page for more info or text us with any questions!

  • May 20-21: Arrival in Florence

  • May 21: Shuttle from Florence to Montevarchi

  • May 22: Vineyard tour & welcome dinner

  • May 23: Wedding

  • May 24: Pool party with pizza & gelato

  • May 25: Check-out, shuttle back to Florence

Itinerary

Accommodations

We have a dedicated website full of properties vetted by our wedding coordinator. All accommodations are trusted, near the wedding, and serviced by a complimentary shuttle.

Travel

  • We recommend arriving in Florence for May 21

  • We will have a shuttle for transportation between Florence and Montevarchi, as well as the wedding

  • Rental cars are not 100% necessary, but definitely worth considering

Planning

  • By early December: Final RSVP

  • By late December: Book flights and accommodations

  • By late January: Apply for a passport, if needed

  • By late February: Renew passport, if needed

  • There is no dress code, we love you
